Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
• Present product offerings effectively, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to each customer's requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology or technical sales.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
