Are you passionate about numbers and building strong client relationships? We're looking for an Accounting Manager on our Not for Profit (NFP) Managed Services team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex financial challenges.

What You'll Do

As an Accounting Manager, you'll;

• Own the general ledger (G/L) for multiple clients and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and support tax compliance projects.
• Lead client onboarding and tailor processes to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with a talented team to improve accounting processes and deliver exceptional service.
• Supervise staff, provide mentorship, and foster a positive work environment.
• Engage with clients and professional partners to build lasting relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license (active or in progress) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing a General Ledger.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and comfortable in a paperless environment.
• Experience in a not-for-profit environment preferred.
