As the face of our hotel, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel right at home. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing helpful recommendations about the local area.
• Managing phone calls and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (a plus, but not required).
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating memorable guest experiences.
