About the Opportunity

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides leadership to the sales team, ensures operational excellence, and helps maintain a positive and motivating work environment. The Assistant Store Manager also serves as acting Store Manager in their absence. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Monitoring sales floor activity, coach associates, and ensure customer concerns are handled promptly
  • Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team growth and engagement
  • Supporting scheduling to ensure proper coverage
  • Overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies & procedures

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet store goals
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
