Job Overview
All American Excavation is seeking reliable and skilled General Laborers with a Non-CDL Class C to join our team

General Labor w/ Non-Class C Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
• Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on site.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Clean and maintain trucks, tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role is preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Exceptional self-management, organization, and communication skills
• Must be able yo lift 50 pounds to waist level, raise 20 pounds over head, and climb 10 stairs without restrictions
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour , dependent on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Delano, McFarland, and Bakersfield CA general area: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
