As an Entry Level Customer Experience Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients' customers- helping them find the right solutions and ensuring every sales interaction is positive, professional, and engaging.

Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Experience Representative:

• Engage with customers in person to answer questions, provide product information, and guide them toward suitable options when closing sales.
• Handle inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Learn to communicate value and build trust with customers in a variety of settings.
• Participate in daily team meetings and share creative ideas for improving customer engagement and driving sales.
• Maintain accurate notes and reports to ensure every customer interaction is followed through effectively.
• Support Entry Level Customer Experience Representative team initiatives and uphold ET Consulting Group's high standards for service excellence.
