Associate Dentist – Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | No Weekends

We are a busy, well-established general dental practice seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This position offers a 4-day workweek, strong patient flow, and an excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, root canals, extractions, exams, etc.)
• Diagnose and treatment plan patients with a patient-first approach
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality care

Mentorship & Professional Development

• One-on-one mentorship with owner dentist with 25+ years of clinical experience
• Hands-on guidance with complex cases
• Emphasis on ethical, patient-centered dentistry

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
