Position Summary

We are seeking a B-Tech Automotive Technician who can work independently on maintenance and repair services. This position is ideal for a dependable technician who shows up on time, works well with others, and brings a positive, professional attitude to the shop. We operate as a team and expect everyone to contribute to a respectful and productive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and tire repairs/patches
• Brake inspections and brake repairs
• Alignments
• Suspension work, steering work
• Oil changes and preventative maintenance services
• Vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics and light engine
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist other technicians as needed to keep workflow moving

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician or lube technician experience preferred
• B-Tech skill level (able to complete common repairs independently)
• Must be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and professional conduct required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Valid driver's license REQUIRED
• Own basic hand tools

Physical & Job Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move 50–75 lbs (tires, wheels, brake components, etc.)
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, dust, and automotive chemicals
• Ability to work under vehicles on lifts and in tight spaces
• Manual dexterity to safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and shop policies

• Hourly base pay plus flat-rate pay per job
