Spa Man LLC is seeking an upbeat, organized, and dependable Office Administrator for our busy Granby location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting a team, and keeping a fast-paced office running smoothly. Please note: Due to the limited availability of workforce housing in Grand County, local candidates who already live in the area and have housing in place are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer support
• Enter work orders and assist with scheduling and service coordination
• Support communication between the office, technicians, and management
• Assist customers in person and by phone with a positive, helpful attitude
• Perform data entry, filing, email communication, and other admin tasks
• Help keep the office organized in a busy, high-energy environment
• Jump in where needed to support the team and daily operations

Qualifications

• Positive, "can-do" attitude and strong teamwork mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred
