Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Site Work Laborer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining safety standards while performing tasks such as digging, transporting materials, and assisting with various construction activities. Pay is based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preliminary groundwork: This involves tasks such as excavation, grading, and drainage to prepare the site for construction activities.
• Operating machinery and tools: Site Work Laborers are responsible for operating various types of machinery and tools, such as excavators, bulldozers, and compactors.
• Ensuring site safety and organization: They must ensure that the work site remains organized and safe, adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Collaborating with other professionals: Site Work Laborers often work closely with engineers, project managers, and other construction professionals to maintain project timelines and standards.
• Maintaining equipment and tools: They are responsible for maintaining equipment and tools in good working order to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
• Valid commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
