Mixologist/Bartender

Deluxe Fun Dining is an elevated, high-energy restaurant and entertainment venue in Uptown Charlotte — combining premium dining, creative cocktails, music, and unforgettable guest experiences.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mixologist / Bartender to join our team. If you love crafting beautiful cocktails, engaging with guests, and working in a lively, upscale environment — this is the place for you

Responsibilities:

• Create consistent, high-quality craft cocktails and beverages
• Deliver warm, engaging, and professional guest service
• Provide recommendations on cocktails, wine & spirits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work closely with FOH staff and management to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous bartending / mixology experience required
• Strong knowledge of classic & craft cocktails
• Professional, polished communication and appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Evening & weekend availability required
