Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. • Must have at least 1 year work experience
• Days available (part or full time): Thurs, Fri, Sat, Mon
• Some days may start later, end later to attract patients with working hours

Compensation

• Starts 30% collections, goes to 35% if management potential
• Get new insurances with high fee schedule to build your own patient base

Responsibilities

• Bread and butter for excellent ppo fee schedule
• Perform thorough dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical history review, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Complete hygiene for dental patients, no hygienist present, more production for you
• Deliver a wide range of dental services such as dental restorations, extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
• Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental conditions accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term oral health.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices for efficient patient care delivery.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable.
• Proficiency in dental software such Dentrix Ascend for charting and medical records management.
• Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, including dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
• Ability to perform pediatric dentistry procedures with sensitivity towards pediatric patients.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and treatment planning.
