What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide full-time project and program management oversight for all work performed under the Task Order
• Ensure compliance with Task Order requirements, performance standards, and quality control measures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government during normal hours of operation
• Monitor Task Order execution to identify risks, performance issues, or execution challenges
• Oversee staff performance, training, and coordination to ensure consistent service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in military and family readiness
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of experience related to military and family readiness and staff training and management
• Minimum 3-5 years of program management experience with strong organizational skills
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to drive a rental car
• Must be a U.S. citizen

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Task Order-based contract execution, including quality control, compliance monitoring, and government reporting requirements
