The ideal candidate should have experience as a front desk clerk, front desk agent, front desk attendant, guest services representative or concierge in the hospitality field or retail experience. Administrative support for management. This candidate should: be well spoken, present themselves professionally, be hospitality oriented, responsible, well groomed (everyone thinks they are so be honest), able to work solo and stay focused and responsible. Promote positive, proactive resident relations by working to make the condo living experience of the highest quality.
Provide the highest level of customer service at all time.
Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with owners, residents, guests, employees and outside vendors.
Assure the rules are followed but always look for a win-win.

Quick response time for resident requests.
Recording accurate data on owner and resident information, requests and concerns.

Creative problem solving, don't just quote the rules.

Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Please note that this position will require working weekends and potentially swing or even graveyard (very few)

Salary: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32-40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Some swing and night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
- File and update correspondence and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to residents
Experience:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
