Schedule: FT 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Weekends as needed)
Salary Range: $54,000–$60,000

About the Role

As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll play a vital leadership role on a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective clinical services. You'll support and supervise clinical staff, guide patient care, and help foster a collaborative, compassionate environment that empowers recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for all mental health and AOD clinical services
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director/Supervisor to facilitate weekly case conferences
  • Use clinical assessment tools to evaluate patients' psychological, psychosocial, safety, and educational needs
  • Facilitate crisis de-escalation sessions as needed
  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff during assigned shifts
  • Participate in programming, including individual and group counseling
  • Communicate clinical observations with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee counseling
  • Report incidents and concerns to Clinical Leadership

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory clinical experience in a health or human services setting
  • 2 years of experience in peer support, recovery coaching, or as a recovery specialist
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
