Auto Glass Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components in various vehicles as well as tinting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto glass replacement. Pay increase based on experience.

Duties

• Perform installation and replacement of windshields, side windows, and rear windows on various vehicles.
• Assess damage to glass components and determine appropriate repair or replacement methods.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to ensure precision in glass installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding services performed.

Skills

• Proficient in automotive glass replacement techniques.
• Experience with glass installation procedures specific to the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools essential for glass replacement tasks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to auto glass.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
