Main Line Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Main Line Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our company. Pay will be based on experience. Must be experienced in deep dig operations and meeting production goals.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
• Able to accurately set up trench boxes according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees on processes and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in excavation and pipe installation mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with operations and construction environments.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while maintaining individual productivity.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
