Join our Talent Pipeline as a future Project Manager Engineering (M/F) – 100 % As a key member of our project management team, you will lead and oversee complex process engineering projects — ensuring smooth execution from design to delivery. You will: Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT) Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications) Define project timelines and track key deliverables Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration internally Your profile Degree in Engineering (process, mechanical, or equivalent) Proven experience in process engineering or project management, ideally in a similar environment Fluent in English; German is a strong asset Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable personality with strong initiative Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure Strong communication skills and a genuine team player mindset Why join us?
