About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our Field Operations team. You'll coordinate people, trucks, and equipment to deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and route field crews and vehicles efficiently
• Review, create, and edit work orders
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule services and resolve conflicts
• Ensure crews have proper training, certifications, and equipment
• Monitor job progress, crew hours, and resource availability
• Adjust schedules quickly when priorities shift
• Complete and submit required paperwork and reports daily
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 2+ years of dispatch experience (multi-service dispatch is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Bilingual is a plus
• Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Familiarity with the Oregon/Washington region
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and overtime
