Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mission, KS, for a Solutions Architect - Automation. The Solutions Architect will design and oversee automation solutions for workflows, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and speed, and integrate systems to align with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with technological standards, and overseeing software development projects to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in
  Workflow Automation & Integration
  to design and implement effective automation strategies and seamless system compliance.
• Proficiency with 
  Python
   for scripting and development.
• Hands-on experience with 
  web scraping
   techniques and libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to use 
  Selenium
   and/or 
  Puppeteer
   for browser automation.
• Solid understanding of 
  SQL
   for database interaction and data management.
• Experience with consulting or partnering with business leaders to understand and address client needs, offering tailored automation solutions that align with business goals.
• Strong understanding of business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for optimization and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with proven industry experience.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and previous experience in the ticketing industry is a plus.
