We're growing and need a reliable, hands-on team member to help keep our warehouse, shipping, and installation operations running smoothly.

Overview
This role is the backbone of our operation. You will handle shipping and receiving, inventory organization, light customer service, and installation of vehicle rack systems. If you like working with tools, staying organized, and seeing physical results from your work, this job is for you.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50+ lbs
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (drills, ratchets, wrenches, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail when packing orders and installing hardware
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic computer and smartphone skills (for shipping systems and inventory)
• Professional and courteous when interacting with customers
• Willingness to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities
• Prepare freight shipments and palletized orders
• Label, box, and stage products for outgoing orders

Warehouse Operations

• Keep warehouse organized, clean, and efficient
• Maintain inventory locations and storage systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory tracking
• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts

Vehicle Rack Installation

• Install truck and trailer rack systems, fender racks, and accessories
• Use hand and power tools to mount hardware correctly and safely
• Inspect completed installs for fit, alignment, and quality
• Assist customers with basic product questions during installs

Customer Service

• Greet customers picking up or dropping off orders
• Answer basic product and order questions
• Represent the STAPLL brand professionally in person

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $29.53 per hour
