What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Direct the complex process of merging transport companies post-deal closure
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business operations and technology
• Establish governance structures and define processes for tracking integration progress
• Create and execute comprehensive communication plans for all stakeholders
• Document lessons learned to develop a repeatable M&A playbook for future acquisitions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven track record in M&A, particularly with direct experience in post-merger integration
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or related industrial sector
• Exceptional program management skills to oversee multiple complex workstreams
• Strong leadership abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels
• An understanding of budgets, financial performance, and synergy tracking

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• MBA or equivalent degree or an undergraduate degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Certification such as PMI-PMP is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage people-intensive processes and cultural conflicts
