Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid/Remote – US-based candidates only)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Base Range: $80,000 – $120,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven IT MSP Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience selling IT or managed services. This role focuses on new business development, client relationship management, and growing revenue through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business for IT/MSP services
- Sell managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and related offerings
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored IT solutions to clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, MSP sales, or B2B technology sales
- Proven experience selling IT services or managed services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
- Experience selling to the U.S.-based companies
Nice to Have
- Existing book of business or established client relationships
- Experience selling MSP services to SMB or mid-market organizations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
