Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment preferred
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in meal preparation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
