Recruiting Strategy & Delivery Model

  • Design and continuously improve the delivery model for contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and consulting roles.
  • Segment and prioritize demand (A/B/C reqs) and align recruiter time, tools, and sourcing channels accordingly.
  • Ensure recruiting supports both high-volume embedded roles and specialized consulting/project roles.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting specialists.
  • Establish clear expectations for submittals, interviews, offers, and starts per recruiter.
  • Build a culture of urgency, quality, and proactive candidate engagement.
  • Hold the team accountable to timelines for candidate delivery, feedback cycles, and client responsiveness.

Pipeline & Talent Community Management
