Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and private spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a polished appearance
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to meet guest or resident needs
• Follow established protocols for cleaning safety and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards
• Adhere to all nursing home industry regulations and company policies to deliver consistent service excellence

Experience

• Prior experience in nursing home housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods
• Background in nursing home or related service industries enhances your ability to meet resident expectations
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills ensures thoroughness in every task
