Warehouse Distribution Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move and store materials
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
• Utilize the AS400 system and warehouse management system to track inventory and manage orders
• Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and labeling
• Assist in inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills:

• Proficient in operating reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks requiring strength
• Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
• Knowledge of warehouse management practices and procedures
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques
• Ability to fabricate or assemble materials is a plus
