We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team

Position Summary:

Ensure a pleasant and efficient breakfast experience for guests by preparing food, maintaining the breakfast area, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast buffet area, including tables, counters, and floors.
• Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor/ help with ordering.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
• Adapt to varying business demands, which may require working different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
