Client Relations Manager

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best experience and support.

• Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
