Trans Ova Genetics is seeking a highly collaborative, relationship-driven sales leader to champion growth in the beef sector and guide a talented nationwide team. As the Sales Supervisor, your influence will directly shape team performance, strengthen producer relationships, and elevate Trans Ova's market presence across the cattle reproductive industry.
In this dynamic position, you will blend strategic oversight with hands-on sales involvement with dedicated focus on supporting, coaching, and empowering your team to excel. The role will collaborate closely with the Sales Director in strategic initiatives such as sales strategy, budgeting, marketing alignment, cross-selling efforts, and team operations.

Our ideal candidate would be located in central United States and would be open to extensive travel throughout the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and growth in the beef sector.
- Acquire, retain, and strengthen key customer accounts by building long-term, value‑focused producer relationships.
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and support Regional Business Managers to cultivate a high‑performance, customer‑centric team culture.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Director, Operations, and Professional Service Teams to deliver targeted programs and comprehensive client support.
- Oversee territory management, market development, and cross‑selling initiatives across Trans Ova, Dairy Consultants, and URUS partners.
- Monitor market trends, track performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasts, reports, and budget/resource oversight.
- Conduct partner reviews, recruit new industry partners, support accounts receivable processes, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
- Deliver effective presentations, represent Trans Ova's brand, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science Degree preferably in Animal Science or Agricultural Science
- Ability to travel extensively required (>70%).
- 2+ years sales experience with direct people management experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Proven people‑management experience and a strong track record of success in a target‑driven sales environment.
- Solid agricultural knowledge, preferably with bovine industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High professionalism, exceptional time‑management skills, and a basic understanding of budgeting/finance.
- Based in the central United States; CRM experience preferred.
