- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience coding in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience in web development, front-end development, user experience, and user interface.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a structured organization.
- Experience working in a payments organization.

If you have ever bought anything on a Google product, you have used the Payments Platform. The Platform supports payments in 180+ countries, 200+ forms of payments, 65+ currencies and processes across Google products. To scale to the evolving business needs of Google across regions, we need help scaling the platform to be more configurable for all markets that we operate in, and enhance the platform to optimize its various features.
