Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
• Serve customers with friendly and prompt service, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and storage
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or café environment preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast is advantageous
• Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles within the food industry is beneficial
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are necessary
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards is preferred
• Experience working in retail or grocery stores involving customer interaction and sales is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
