What you'll do

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining an organized bar area.
• Deliver food orders promptly to tables while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Help with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and assembling dishes as needed.
• Bus tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process orders and payments accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any inquiries or needs they may have.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery during peak hours.
• Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling techniques at all times.

Basic qualifications

• Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or nightclub settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in catering services is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and customer service best practices.
