Electrical Construction Manager
to oversee ground-up data center builds.

The Role

The
Electrical Construction Manager
will take ownership of full-site execution, overseeing electrical installation, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and driving safety and quality from ground-breaking through completion

Key Responsibilities

• You will act as the primary authority for electrical field execution on large-scale data center projects. This includes directing all trade activity, leading senior field personnel, ensuring sequencing aligns with the master schedule, and driving a zero-incident culture.
• You will resolve real-time issues, maintain operational flow, and support the successful delivery of world-class electrical systems through installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan and sequence workflow across all relevant trades to maintain project momentum.
• Manage high volumes of labor, specialized tools, and electrical equipment with precision.
• Own the on-site QA/QC program for electrical work, ensuring all installations meet specifications, drawings, and codes prior to sign-off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 20+ years of experience with electrical contractors and/or general construction management firms.
• Minimum 5 years leading and supervising field teams.
• Proven success delivering data center projects valued at $100M+.
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical system design, installation, sequencing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and multi-discipline technical documents.
