Job Summary
The Operations & Corporate Assistant works closely with senior leadership and internal teams, supporting pre-operational, administrative, financial, and compliance-related processes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, service providers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Daily interaction with internal teams, vendors, banks, service providers, and external partners via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Support corporate operations, including documentation, onboarding processes, internal controls, and workflow organization.
• Request, organize, and follow up on corporate documents, contracts, invoices, statements, and supporting materials.
• Review, upload, organize, and manage correspondence and documents using internal systems and cloud-based platforms.
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, calls, and internal reviews for executives.
• Attend meetings and assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, and action items.
• Maintain updated records related to vendors, payments, reimbursements, compliance requirements, and internal reports.
• Support treasury and operations teams with tracking payments, confirmations, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing internal summaries, reports, and closing documentation for operational or financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, finance, or corporate support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with email, calendars, document management systems, and standard office software.

• Annual Gross Salary: USD 59.800,00
