Position Overview
The Master Electrician will serve as the technical authority and field leader, helping guide projects, mentor teams, and contribute to the long-term growth of the company. This position includes a clear path to leadership and partnership for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Master Electrician of Record
- Lead and supervise commercial electrical projects
- Set and enforce standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local AHJ requirements
- Troubleshoot and solve complex electrical challenges in the field
- Mentor and develop electricians and helpers
- Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Assist with estimating, scheduling, and workflow planning
- Help build scalable systems and processes as the company grows
Required Qualifications
- Active Master Electrician License (MD, DC, or VA — or ability to obtain)
- Strong commercial electrical background
- Proven leadership and crew management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and professional judgment
- Organized, reliable, and accountable
- Desire to grow with a small, hands-on company

This position is base compensation and bonuses + profit share/partnershipfor the right candidate.
$500 Signing Bonus paid after probationary period.
Pay: $ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 55.0 per week
