*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and teamwork. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality general dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Perform restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions)
* Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care
* Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
* Stay current with best practices and advancements in dentistry
*Required Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Active dental license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
* Active DEA License in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care
*Preferred qualifications*
* New graduates welcome; experience preferred but not required
* CPR certification
* Nitrous Oxide Certification
