Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate low-latency indexing/streaming services using gRPC, Kafka, and a real-time stack Own APIs, schemas, SLOs, observability, and on-call responsibilities for the systems you manage Lead multi-month initiatives aimed at improving latency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data contracts and develop SDKs/platform primitives Address and solve complex problems with significant impact on the organization
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software engineering Strong expertise in distributed systems or data systems; experience with crypto is a plus Proven ability to architect and develop solutions to ambiguous problems Passion for building an indexing platform that bridges Web3 and Web2 technologies Experience in a fast-growing environment, adapting to rapid changes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and developing distributed systems Familiarity with blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum Background in decomposing large monoliths into microservices Proficiency with technologies like Golang, Kafka, Redis, S3, Clickhouse, and MongoDB Experience building high-reliability or security systems in financial contexts
