divh2Data Analyst/h2pWere seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst (an individual contributor) to join our Data Analytics team within the Growth organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering insights that influence the product and marketing roadmaps. This role will use sales, marketing and ecommerce data to build reporting, dashboards and KPIs while extracting findings from complex analyses./ph3How Youll Contribute/h3ulliAnalyze marketing and ecommerce data sets to identify trends and unique insights that optimize the Performance Marketing and Web programs/liliDesign and analyze lift-based/incrementality experiments across Performance Marketing channels (Facebook, Search, YouTube, OTT, etc.)/liliCreate and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Looker and other tools to provide key insights to the Growth team/liliBuild statistical models that produce revenue projections and ad spend allocation/liliAssist in managing our data warehouse; building and maintaining data pipelines, data models and automating workflows/liliUtilize data to deepen Eight Sleeps understanding of user acquisition and improve performance at the portfolio and channel level/liliAct as a key driver in building and improving Eight Sleeps marketing attribution modeling/li/ulh3What You Need To Succeed/h3ulliMinimum 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer or similar technical role/liliB.S. degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field preferred/liliExpert-level knowledge of SQL, experience using Python or R is a plus/liliAdvanced knowledge of end-to-end data infrastructure, including using data pipeline tools, data transformation tools such as DBT and data warehousing best practices/liliExpert knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel/liliA data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience utilizing large data sets to inform strategic decision making/liliHighly effective written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to translate complex findings into actionable insights/liliBe an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility/li/ulh3Why Join Eight Sleep?/h3h4Innovation in a Culture of Excellence/h4pJoin us in a workplace where innovation isnt just encouraged - its a standard.
