Procurement Professional – SSNA Electrical

Salary: Starting from £42,215, based on your skills and experience.

• Lead the Charge: Take responsibility for various activities within the Supply Chain Lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiating, placing, and managing contracts.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Develop and maintain effective reporting of information and data, focusing on Cost Management, Supplier Performance, and Schedule Performance of deliverables and hardware.
• Contract Management: Create and manage contractual documentation using digital purchasing systems (SAP).
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Accountability: Oversee all related Supply Chain activities within your area of responsibility, supporting line management and the wider team as needed.
• Support the Vision: Contribute to the delivery of the SSNA Electrical Equipment Procurement Plan.

• Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Engaging Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Tech-Savvy: Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Agile Contract Management: Experience in placing and managing contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel when required.

As a Procurement Professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering materials and services that meet Supply Chain requirements, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards across multiple suppliers.
