Salary: Starting at £61,110, with potential for more based on your experience.

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining Solution Architecture: Crafting the architecture and design to meet business and system requirements while adhering to project constraints.
• Capturing Architectures: Documenting the current and future application, data, and technology architectures for assigned projects.
• Ensuring Design Quality: Assuring that the overall functional and technical design of solutions is fit for purpose.
• Providing Design Leadership: Leading the IM&T solution design and collaborating with 3rd parties and product teams.
• Liaising with Stakeholders: Engaging with internal and external IM&T suppliers and product teams.
• Supporting Project Management: Collaborating with Project Managers to develop project plans, review estimates, and identify potential challenges.

Essential:

• Proven experience in the design, development, testing, and release of Information Systems.
• Strong incident and problem management skills.
• Effective stakeholder management, influencing local organizations, customers, suppliers, and peers.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Desirable:

• Architecture qualifications, such as TOGAF.
• Additional industry qualifications, such as BCS.
