As an SAP Quality Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving SAP incidents related to Quality Management solutions.
• Managing requirements analysis by understanding change requests from end users and collaborating with key stakeholders and ERP functional staff.
• Overseeing the development of functional specifications for SAP Quality Management configurations, working closely with internal and external partners.
• Collaborating with functional consultants and developers on larger projects to deliver impactful changes.
• Producing high-quality documentation, including functional specifications and reviewing project documents.
• Engaging with your user community to build strong partnerships.
• Acting as the data quality custodian.

Essential:

• Extensive experience in SAP Quality Management and application of SAP Quality principles (ECC or S/4).
• Proven track record of delivering multiple SAP project lifecycles in a Lead/Senior Technical/Consultant role, preferably in complex regulated environments.
• Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of key ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications in the Quality Management area.

Desirable:

• Completion of SAP QM courses (e.g., S44100 Implementing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
• Technical experience, such as debugging and ABAP understanding, is beneficial.
