What You’ll Be DoingAs an SAP Quality Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving SAP incidents related to SAP Quality Management solutions.
- Managing requirements analysis by understanding change requests from end users and collaborating with key stakeholders and ERP functional staff.
- Overseeing the development of functional specifications for SAP Quality Management configurations, working with internal and external partners during the build and testing phases.
- Collaborating with functional consultants and developers from SI partners on larger projects to deliver impactful changes.
- Producing high-quality documentation, primarily functional specifications, and reviewing project-delivered documents.
- Engaging with your user community to foster strong partnerships.
- Acting as the data quality custodian.
Essential:
- Extensive experience in SAP Quality Management and application of SAP Quality principles (ECC or S/4).
- Proven track record of delivering multiple SAP project lifecycles in a Lead/Senior Technical/Consultant role, ideally in complex regulated environments.
- Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build, test, and support developments.
- Understanding of key ITIL processes.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Fiori applications in the Quality Management area.
Desirable:
- Completion of SAP QM courses (e.g., S44100 Implementing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
- Technical experience, such as debugging and a basic understanding of ABAP, is beneficial.

The SAP ERP TeamBy joining our team, you will support approximately 15,000 employees and 14,000 SAP users. Our immediate team consists of SAP Functional support and subject matter experts across various SAP modules. We ensure that incidents and service requests are handled promptly, and we have an exciting roadmap of projects to enhance our capabilities in the coming years. Relocation support packages are available for all Submarines roles, subject to eligibility criteria.
