Welcome to Wood Street, a supported living service designed to provide accommodation and support for people with dual diagnoses, histories of drug and/or alcohol use, and/or forensic backgrounds. If you’re passionate about empowering others, this role is for you!

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in helping individuals gain the skills they need to live independently. You’ll manage a small caseload and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the service, all while being part of a supportive team that believes in the potential of every person.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Support the development of the service alongside the Service Manager.
• Provide line management to a team of Recovery Workers, ensuring we meet and exceed quality outcomes.
• Oversee referrals to the service and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for those we support.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A background in coordinating support for vulnerable individuals in the community.
• Experience in service planning and meeting contractual requirements.
• A solid understanding of mental health needs, with experience in dual-diagnoses being a plus.

You should be capable of prioritizing your workload, using your initiative, and adapting to a changing environment. If you’re an effective team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, recovery-focused approach, we want to hear from you!
