Provides clerical and customer support for assigned University areas. Under the general supervision of the manager of the department or division and/or their designee’. Responsible for no more than 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support including but not limited to answering phone, photocopying, filing, data entry and/or typing, and courier service.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of word processing software utilized by the University.
- Assists in development and implementation of University activities.
- Demonstrates ability to adapt skills to variety of University departments/divisions.
- Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
Minimum Education
High School diploma or equivalent necessary.
Minimum Experience
None required.
Minimum Licensure, Registration, Certification
Must be currently enrolled in Baptist Health Sciences University
