Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Cardiac implant closure device, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations adult, IABP placement/removal, interpretation of dysrhythmias, left heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), right heart catheterization, rotablader athrectomy, diagnostic cardiac cath lab, interventional cardiac cath lab, equipment set up, recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, scrub-maintain sterile field, isolation precautions.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Room circulator.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation
• Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints

Shift & Scheduling:

• 13-26 Weeks
• open to any shift, 5x8s, 3x12, 4x12s, 4x10s
• Weekend REQ: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract.
• Is on-call REQ? Yes- call required as needed, rotating with staff and agency.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
