* *$50,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-Year Contract)*
* $325,00-400,000+ Annual Earning Potential
* $1,000 Daily Guarantee
* 35–40% of Production (based on experience & performance)

*THE OPPORTUNITY*
* Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday + 1 Saturday per Month
* Scope: Comprehensive General Dentistry
* Mentorship: Available clinical guidance, peer support & CE

* Technology: Modern, fully equipped office with CBCT & 3D Imaging
* Supportive Team: Experienced clinical and administrative staff
You’ll enjoy the freedom to practice dentistry the right way with strong systems, a steady flow of patients, and leadership that supports your growth.*IDEAL CANDIDATE*
* DDS or DMD from an accredited program
* Active (or eligible) Delaware dental license
* Experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
* Comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry
* Excellent patient communication skills
