Location: Hybrid/Kings Hill Salary/package: £27,500 per annum Contract type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week Cantium Business Solutions are looking for a Senior User Lifecycle Management Engineer tp play a key role in delivering secure, efficient and customer-focused identity and access services. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior technical position where you’ll lead by example and help shape best practice across the ULM function. Why this role matters The Senior User Lifecycle Management Engineer plays a critical role in protecting system integrity, safeguarding data and ensuring seamless access management across internal and external customers. You will lead on account lifecycle processes, permissions management and service request delivery, while supporting automation, compliance and continuous improvement within a dynamic hybrid IT environment. What you’ll be doing • Lead on user account creation, administration, transfers and deletions in line with security, GDPR and retention policies • Ensure all Service Requests are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines • Coordinate device pre-staging, configuration and delivery to internal and external users • Monitor licence and stock levels to maintain service continuity • Create and maintain procedures in SharePoint and publish Knowledge Base Articles in ServiceNow • Process and approve 3rd Party Requests for Access (RFAs), ensuring protocol and communication standards are met • Support onboarding of processes from 3rd line teams and contribute to automation and UAT activities • Operate within PIM, PAM and RBAC models in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), acting as an authorised approver • Deliver training and support to new team members • Maintain high-quality ticket documentation aligned to ITIL and Cantium standards • Support project work and continuous improvement initiatives within ULM • Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards and uphold data security responsibilities What we’re looking for • Experience working within an IT Service Delivery environment • Relevant ICT qualification or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and licensing administration • Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC and Identity Governance in Microsoft Entra • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB administration • Proven experience working within ITIL frameworks and meeting SLAs • Strong understanding of hybrid, on-premises and cloud environments • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus • Proven Leadership skills are a must What you’ll get in return • Salary of £27,500 per annum • 25 days annual leave • Life assurance cover (4x salary) • Pension scheme • Additional benefits including retail and gym discounts, health cash plan and cycle to work scheme • Volunteer days and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme • Tailored learning and development support with real opportunities to progress Why CSG?
