What You'll Be DoingAs an SAP Quality Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving SAP incidents related to Quality Management solutions.
- Managing requirements analysis by collaborating with end users and key stakeholders to ensure clarity and documentation of change requests.
- Overseeing the development of functional specifications for SAP Quality Management configurations, working closely with internal and external partners during the build and testing phases.
- Collaborating with functional consultants and developers on larger projects to deliver impactful changes.
- Producing high-quality documentation, primarily functional specifications, and reviewing project documents.
- Engaging with your user community to build strong partnerships.
- Acting as the data quality custodian.
Essential:
- Extensive experience in SAP Quality Management and application of SAP principles (ECC or S/4).
- Proven track record of delivering multiple SAP project lifecycles in a Lead/Senior Technical/Consultant role, ideally in complex regulated environments.
- Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications and confidently discuss changes with team members and the wider IT community.
- Understanding of key ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications in the Quality Management area.
Desirable:
- Completion of SAP QM courses (e.g., S44100 Implementing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
- Technical experience, such as debugging and understanding ABAP, is a plus.
