About The Role

Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis!

In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a vital part in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with a smile, making them the heart of every operational decision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.

Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am - 3am, depending on the restaurant's opening hours.

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you’ll also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
